ESA wfi and support group appeal?

Just a quick question folks, I am currently in WRAG of ESA but appealing for support group.

Will I be exempt from work focussed interviews until appeal is decided?

Many thanks for any replies.

No I don't believe so, but it will all depend on your advisor and whether it is reasonable to ask you to do so I think. I had several letters asking me to go for an interview even though I was appealing. I spoke to my advisor each time and he cancelled them. Once I got a different advisor and she threatened to sanction me if I didn't turn up. Spoke to my original advisor again and he suspended the requirement for me to be interviewed until my next ESA assesssment as it wasn't reasonable for me to attend.

I won my appeal and am now in the support group but the whole thing starts again in a few months time for me when my two year award is up.
