Leaking/Blown Head Gasket

How long can I expect to drive with a leaking/blown head gasket before the car packs up altogether?

if you dont let it run dry you can drive it for as long as your mot ticket lasts. then you would possible need a new cat and lambda sensors, if you let it run dry then you risk warping the head. should only cost arounf £200 for head gasket. also get a new timing belt and water pump while your at it, it will save on labour
