Success! I put in my appeal to POPLA and they have confirmed today it has been found in my favour. Parking Eye failed to show a contract was ever there, and provided no evidence against it being an unreasonable charge. THANK YOU to everyone on here who helped.

Wow, so if there's a refund coming your way; were you out of pocket?

It's very interesting because since your OP in August, POPLA has clarified that they WON'T consider an appeal when payment was made...strange! But good for you!

Please show us the whole Assessor's decision including their name for our records of 100% wins.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

That's really interesting and somewhat of a relief that I managed to squeeze through then! Yes I am out of pocket at the moment - work deducted the £60 (plus a £16 admin charge) but have confirmed they will now be refunding the whole £76 at the end of the month. Would be interesting to see what they would have done had POPLA refused to even consider the appeal… not that I intend repeating the whole experience.

    Thanks!
