    "whole banking" is changing.

    Everything is going digital, so it is far easier to change to another bank (from a customers point of view), no cheque books for most people, soon no plastic cards (well maybe in 10 years), all you will have is an app.

    What is going to happen to branches I wonder. Cash is going and they will go with it.
