    Mortgage-free Glee!
Is it me or have BOS changed their terms and conditions since commencing this promotional offer?

The original T&Cs on this page http://www.bankofscotlandhalifax.co.uk/bankaccounts/switchingtous.asp dated (when I printed a copy) 16th of May had 6 conditions. Today I see 10 conditions.

Point 8 of the new conditions '8. The offer is open to new current account customers only and not available to existing Bank of Scotland or Halifax current account holders.' causes me grief as I already have a Halifax account.

If BOS turn round and cite the new conditions, can I wave the old conditions in their face?
