If the O/P has a BF57 issued by the DWP and is 'in date' then they are an appointee. purplebutterfly, do you you have a BF57 ?Disclaimer : Everything I write on this forum is my opinion. I won at appeal in January and I received the dreaded form back out in June when I rang and questioned why ..I was told it didn't matter that I had won at appeal it was taken from the date I first applied i am now awaiting to see if i will have to appeal again .~We are all going to hell and guess who Is driving the bus~*Norn Iron club Member 294* (Hi, we’ve had to remove part of your signature.
