that your new apartment cleaned you out of your liquid assets. I earn much more than you and have trouble saving anything near £55K+ in three weeks. I need to know your secret.
I have no new apartment (yet) as that did not go ahead. I was speaking rather optimistically "has cleared out" should have been "will clear me out"
I did not save £55k in 3 weeks! I wish! It will take me a good year to get that sort of saving!0 -
Right, now i feel like a complete !!!! Im very sorry and take back everything i said.
Ignore everything i said and just listen to kingstreet.
Please don't! Despite my best intentions, I just did not make myself very clear and when you drag in my idle ramblings from other posts it just makes it all very difficult to work out what the coup actually is.
Thank you so much for all your input all the same!
It's really nice to get so much input from so many kind hearted individuals.
Thanks again.0 -
Its probably worth you having a chat with a broker (one that wont judge and will try and get to the bottom off everything before making an opinion). This isnt overly complicated to do but its just a case of ensuring everything will fit.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
