Mortgage Fees on Credit Card?

Hi all, I do a regular job of lurking, reading, enjoying y'all posts but this time I have googled, forum searched, the lot on both this & the mortgage board to no avail.

I have a few empty credit cards (I always keep them at 0%) and the apartment of my dreams has unexpectedly come for sale which has cleared out my 50k liquid assets.

Not wishing to put the fees on my mortgage I would prefer to put them on my credit card. Are there any I can/can not put on my credit card? Mortgage broker, legals, survey, stamp duty etc. etc

Thank you so much for any advice on specifically this you may be able to offer.

Depend on the solicitor and mortgage provider. I paid my mortgage fees to Nationwide by credit card, my solicitor accepted credit cards, so was no problem for me to pay for legal, searches and survey fees by CC.
  • Brilliant! That's awesome news! It's been a looong time since I took a mortgage out (read: Self Certs)

That all sounds very promising & well you just never know who prefers what kind of payments at the end of the day. Thanks again.
