I have had a cold for nearly a year now and I couldn't shake it. I went into my local h & b and this girl was fantastic. She knew exactly what she was talking about and after a coupe of questions i had my stuff...Ok so it cost me a horrid £25 but after a week i'm aready feeling better and i keep improving.
