Polished porcelain tiles. Waxy coating

I have had my conservatory fitted with polished porcelain tiles (black gloss) which were coated in a protective type of wax which is proving very difficult to remove to enable the true gloss finish to shine through . Does anyone have any suggestions as to the best thing to tackle the coating on them.
Thanks. Karen.
Thanks. Karen.

I'm not an expert with tiles so please wait for someone who is before jumping in, but removing stubborn wax can be done with a citrus degreaser. You can buy it from Halfords and the like. It doesn't react badly with sealed car paint for example, but that's not to say the tiles won't react badly.0
