PPI, what to do now?

Can anybody help me? I have all the account numbers of the accounts that I have been sold PPI with, But I am unsure of what to do now. I am aware that Martin has some excellent templates for letters etc, but I get so confused. Do I contact the bank with individual account numbers or can I do it en block? Or do I go to the ombudsman.
Any help??

Or do I go to the ombudsman.

You cannot go to the FOS without first making your complaint to each firm individually first and waiting for the outcome.

Most people now do not use the templates (templates had a lower success rate). They use the FOS questionnaire (which is on this site). You do one for each firm you are complaining about.
