The One Show BBC1 on about security on internet.
  • Now this is so funny Silverhairgranny! I would have gone one step further and started looking behind me. This is what I do when I use my car horn as well. That way they don't think its you that did it.:j

We just sat there looking innocent, hopefully no one in authority would know what it was till everyone left.:)

I would prefer Pepsi max I have to say, I think I'll just carry on getting my free msl coke zero as fillers on every shop I do ;)

By £2.80 do you mean to say £3.20? :p

So go on then, have folk seen any changes since they implemented the 5:2 diet?

I can't say I have actually followed it save 2 days that I did the fasting, but I am surprised to say I have gone from 12st 8lb to 11 st 10lb. Cheekbones are showing again and my tum tum is slightly getting smaller! Still unsure how I have managed as I have been binge eating primarily with junk food.

    Any other success stories? Spill.

I've not got much sympathy for him. He's a bit of a technophobe but I've been telling him until I'm blue in the face not to ever click on links in emails unless he knows for sure it's ok.

He usually checks with me, but just now he didnt. He clicked on it and it sent am email to me straightaway

  • Some may remember a few months back T selling off it's stock of Enrituals liquid detergent and softener for £1.00, but availability was poor.

Well it's now ended up in the 99p stores, Liquid wash 25 and Fabric Softener 30.

I know many won't need these particularly with the recent very cheap Daz/Surf at A, but for those that do.........

    Well done :T:T

I've not attempted fasting this week. But I've still been mostly watching what I eat.

And my muffin top is more like a cupcake than a muffin :o:D
