As for the Doritos, they get stuck in our teeth so we're not bothering with them neither.
Me neither. I only ever get cans and small bottles as only drink them at work.N1LDA0 -

Classy_Chick06 wrote: »That was my plan of action, I already had a £10PP from yesterday so i did the takeaway meals x 2 knowing that i was going to get a PP back which i planned on using for the cokes but unfortunately the eagle eyed SA noticed that it was todays date and refused to accept it so had to pay cash for the cokes
so now i have 2 PPs with todays date on.....not to worry though, i will go back later and try again.
PP which are over £9.97!! i think wont scan ,they have to be manually put in or they override them ...cant remember for sure............I had a couple of £10 a few weeks back and thats what the superviser said to the sa.0 -

Yoghurt_Queen wrote: »Too right they are necessary. We usually take along our own drinks as well. We take bottles of made up Bacardi and Cokes to the cinema and we take a tub of sweets (so they don't make a noise). I've seen the prices of sweets at the cinema and can never understand why they charge so much! I once ordered two gin and tonics at the cinema when I bagged free tickets. It cost £11.00! I could buy a bottle for that!

But over time, a picture builds up. You reveal more and more about yourself, before someone out there suddenly identifies you. There are also some very clever folk out there that hack into accounts and get your info that way.
I don't mean to scare anyone, but it doesn't hurt to remain vigilant.Savvybuyer wrote: »That's not too specific...but with other info. that you might post (if not fully on your guard all the time?). That's why I've not given much more, I was thinking of going down to town or city but (very fortunately) I've wisened over the years - not that anyone regular on here would try to build up the jigsaw puzzle but never know who may be lurking or not. You know I'm 'somewhere in England' and may even have narrowed down to a (fairly large) strip of the country from other info. (I'll stop now - I'm adding no more!:))
In one of my earlier posts I did say that we should be careful about making a list of where we are, someone on here once got a lot of hassle as someone found out who they were on here.
As others have said people can read little bits of information and piece them together, you might tell someone at work you got a bargain at mrT, they might be reading a similar story on hear and think I wonder if that's them- quick check of the list - correct age & location-bingo-it's not rocket science mr columbo. Some people talk about their pets by name and some post photos of their pets, some post photos of their gardens, you never know who's lurking. Best to keep safe and remember its a jungle out there!I do try to keep up but sometimes life gets in the way.
I'm just a penny short of a pound. Peace and Love.
I've joined the 5:2 club cos mrT made me eat 1p chocolate.0
