when you eventually get your cards, they should be blank if you did not sign in when ordering. you choose your birthdays. in that month you just go into shop and the card his a box on it. which gets marked when you have had your £5 off. no minimum spend. in my bs they combine this with other offers and you get your member discount. think I got £10 worth of stuff for about £1.30 last year.
it went something like this. £5 each or 2 for £7
from the £7 the members discount came off. then take off the £5 birthday gift.
    I done it 4 times.
please note not all bs shops are so obliging
edit. never did use items, they are stashed somewhere

I dont have a shop near maybe thats why then lol
    Thanks for explaining

From the dark side - Halfords engine oil - price glitch / misprice to get over 50% off Mobil1 or own brand engine oil.

    Poster says:
Halfords have a deal on this Bank Holiday weekend online and instore for 30% off Mobil 1 and Halfords own brand engine oil.

The prices have been marked down accordingly by 30% on the website however when adding eligible items to the online basket, another 30% is discounted off the price.

Reserve and collect can be used to collect from your local store - normally within an hour.

    He just bought a 5litre bottle of Mobil1 for £24.49 (rrp £49.99)

5l of Halfords own-brand oil can be had for between £8-£20 depending on if its part or fully synthetic that your car takes.

    Buy two get charged £2.

There is some higher priced items in the 2 for £3.50 deal

Tbh it does look like an odd one for asda:o with all those SELs with £1 each or 2 for £3.50 makes them look like idiots tbh. Might scan at £1.99...

    *goes of to check Asda.com*

I am confused, what is the best way to buy this then?
In 2s in an AvS targetted shop (NOT cherry as this is not sold in S). ... possibly with Hoops and Crosses in 2s prawn or beef flavour, if you like them ...
