A reminder to anyone who deals with "people like me". Don't phone me and then make out its my fault that you can't have an appointment tomorrow. Don't phone me and then tell me that I'm clearly not trained even to read and am nothing more than a trained monkey. I am doing the best I can with the incredibly limited resources that the NHS has. I can only do what I can do. I'm sorry that that's not good enough. But maybe, instead of yelling at, insulting and taking it out on me, you take a moment to consider that actually, we are as frustrated with the system as you, maybe more so.
