I did have one SA tell me it had changed when I tried to return some OOD crisps but she couldn't show me where the new terms were displayed
I said that contract law requires they have to effectively communicate the change, otherwise the consumer can continue under previously agreed terms (i.e. the picture i uploaded) so I got my refund

Managed to find receipt, OH had put box in loft in garage, and yes still under 2 year guarantee, rang Philips, and told them what had happened, and they are sending me a brand spanking new one out in the post. Fab service.0 -
