I never do APG glitches often (last was the cheap OJ) hmm tempted to go tomorrow if still working :o

Does the SA ever query the high voucher, against your receipt spend? That's probably what puts me off going. Plus my local store is tiny! (plus not one close at uni either :( )

That's always my concern, re. sorting out the 'right' SA the next time. I always wonder about you people on here, with spends of £10 and getting £9 something back:eek::eek:. 'Fraid I'm not so brave as that sometimes. Do you buy clothing or other non-grocery stuff thrown onto the shop?

As regards 'never doing glitches often' - I go on the contrary! I would never do a shop now unless there is at least one glitch on it (and why stop there?). Must be multiple glitching for me now - otherwise I doubt you'll get me out of the house, as it's just too expensive:eek:!:D:rotfl::rotfl:

I've just done a 12 pack so should still be working [STRIKE]unless[/STRIKE] you've exhausted the offer.

Thanks frequent. I've never done the offer before but really can't see it. I'm new to the app so may have done something wrong :(
Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

Did you get that iffy APG sorted out?

Couldn't do anything instore. Told me to get in touch with customer services, but if I do that, I don't know what they'll think when they see the glitch!!! They probably already know, but will they honour it do you think?

Thanks for the well wishes TM and TS.

Work does not seem to be getting any better. I feel like such a loner in the new team as I did not side with Team 1 or Team 2 (both hate each other). I have a feeling I will have to hand my notice in. I don't want to, but I don't feel I have a choice. Boooooo!

Went looking for JC but someone had cleaned the whole store out. Asked member of staff to go look in the back, he was bringing some out but another member of staff in shirt and trousers (manager) said something to him and he took them back and told me they had none left. Hmmmmm. Could not be bothered arguing so just left it.

Hope everyone has had a good day.

Sometimes question but very rare in my experience (the biggest questions arose on chocolate/biscuits at Christmas and Easter Eggs as they were sometimes nearly as much as you had paid, but the odd one checked with CS or Cashier Supervisor always came back as legitimate (as it was - just bigger than expected due to their system glitch!). The "ooh that's a big one" comment always raises a smile :).

    Interesting!
Even if its a glitch and they know I guess they can't refuse the voucher...

I think if you can prove what it's worth, they'll probably have to. Let me know if you need a screenshot of it and I'll ping it across :)

Oh lovely, I'm sorry you've had such a crap day.

There is always a choice, but making the right one is the difficult bit. Would you struggle to find another job? Do you think you'd be ok financially if you weren't able to get a new job straightaway?

Having used hundreds of APG's I don't think I've ever seen an SA look at the total spend on the receipt and think hmmmm? The only thing they seem interested in is cross referring receipt to APG using the 4 digit transaction number to the left of the b/c which they then mark.

Occasionally they remark on the value with 'that's a good one' or say you can only use 10% of the total shop value, in which place they're put right.

I would say between 10-20% of the time my receipts are not marked at all, but just handed back to me meaning in theory they could be used again, but I don't, I destroy them.

Your exclusive chance to get a bag of Walkers Classically Ready Salted crisps - with your name on it!

Thanks little t, I've put my mum's name on though. Couldn't put my grandson as he's too young and they'd be out of date by the time he was old enough to eat them.
