Just back from Waitrose. its been open since 26.7 and this is my first visit for Woopsies. Got 3 packs prawns 25p each, blackberries 65p, 2 bunches bananas 15p each, bag salad 10p, pack large tortilla wraps 10p, 2 chicken pies 49p each, carrot and swede mash 65p, coleslaw 45P, baby courgettes 39p, crayfish sandwich 49p, plums 49p. total was 5.17 but got 24p off for buying 2 prawns.
    grand total £4.93.
So a few things to start Mum off at home again and some bits for the freezer. DD does not eat meat so will be pleased with sandwich and prawns.
Will go again next Sunday cause all the woopsiers from Morrisons and Tesco dont seem to go there. Now must hoover up.

    afternoon folks

I tried scamps weird APG on my phone this morning and it just came up with a blank APG. Very weird indeed. Hope you managed to get it sorted dude :)

No shopping for me today, other than off Scamps car boot stall ;)

I've been over to Wales today with misery guts on his bike. It's been a fair old while since I did pillion but my goodness I'm hurting! But it was worth every niggle. I just love Brecon and the black mountains, and that's where we've been, coming back via Merthyr, Ebbw, Risca and Chepstow. Saw a few A ad T's but we weren't stopping.

The extra T in Merthyr looked very strange though. It was open but there were only about 10 cars in the car park. I'd have expected it to be like ours are here.

I need to sort out my hair. Crash helmet hair is not a good look :o

Well so much for my NSD, although I did have good intentions this morning.

It was such a nice afternoon for wombling with a breeze. I got 200 points in 3 receipts at Mr T and quite a few wombles from Mr A to check later.

After Mr T I thought I'd pay a visit to Mr A for some more jc to give to family, but the shelf was bare. I was so disappointed that I went to the small one round the back and bingo, they had some on the top of the shelf and also a display at the end of the aisle (plenty more left FC if DS decides he's miscalculated his consumption).

They'd also got muller yoghurts with the display showing 6 for £3 whereas they go through the till at 5 for £3. I explained to them that I'd been overcharged and he gave me a refund of the overcharge. I asked "Do you still receive a giftcard if you're overcharged?" He replied "Do you want one?". What kind of question is that to ask me!!! I'd also been overcharged on a freddo bar as the SEL was 17p. I didn't dare ask if I would also receive a giftcard for this, although I knew I was entitled to one for each overcharge.

Not doing a Morries comp shop today - oh the intrigue now!:) I still make these occasional mistakes on my shops - even after all this time you'd have thought I'd have learned by now - they do still happen but fortunately a lot less than what they used to:T.
