I am not looking forward to tackling the loft. The guy before us had a photography dark room upstairs. It's a bit like a shed in the middle of the roof space. Now I can hardly squeeze in there so that has to be sorted.

No stashes up there either, I have every single birthday card all my DDs have ever been sent up to the age of 16 except for last couple of years of DD3s. Lots of other cards too. Toys and books of all ages belonging to all of them. All their school books from first and middle schools, playgroup paintings. The list goes on. :eek:

About 3 years ago I did sort it all and thought I had been ruthless parting with quite a bit but now I am in the position of dealing with all the cards etc my mum kept (some of which I will keep too ) I need to be stricter with myself.

We need to live in our house and there are things that should really be in the loft that aren't at the moment. It is a huge game of tetris at the moment. :rotfl:
