On another note, Thankyou so much for all your thoughts for my wife and I. It's at times like this when, here is a forum, that is supposed to be about saving money (and boy, do we) and all the people come together to give others the support they need. I showed my wife all the comments left for us on here and she cried her heart out, not in a bad way, but to see the love that everyone has on here. :A
    So once again, thankyou.

Good evening - it's the weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeekkkk-end!!!:j:j:j(runs across the room to the other side and back):j:j:j:j:rotfl::rotfl::j:j:D:D.

(Collapses exhausted:eek:.) Nice sunny start it to as well, only to be dashed immediately by the weatherman at the end of the Six O'Clock News:(. (Sorry - "The BBC News at Six".) So, enjoy it while it lasts.:)

Starting off with this (my Sains. shop yesterday). The system gave me the amount it should have done. There was no glitch on the Quorn mix and match (but that would have been a bonus anyway and I wasn't shortchanged). So, Sains. really do "match the deals" of T, unless you mix them with A's deals or the deals of Sains. itself:rotfl::rotfl::(. At least they did on this one shop (but I'd need to see 29 more, different shops before I have a representative sample to say this happens all the time:rotfl:). Beware of the 6+2 extra free packs of the Pitch Brioche Chocolate. I dared not risk them, they had different B/Cs and t&cs do say that all 'extra free' promotions are non comparable (whether that is applied strictly I didn't find out: I wasn't going to risk it!).

You may think I messed up by comparing the Quorn "Best of British" Sausages at £1.50 vs £2.20 - however, without that, I couldn't have got the 3 for 2 - cheapest one free - I prepared for it possibly to give me the dearest one free and left enough under the £10 limit for it to do so - they were the three items that suited our household, what we already have/don't have in, our tastes etc., and I was looking at the total on all three items Svs T.

When compared with Tesco, 9 items in your shop were eligible for Brand Match.
Total spend on comparable branded goods £20.48 £12.18
The difference was £8.30 Coupon Issued £8.30
    CheaperQTY Item Description

    1 Nestle Fab Strawberry Sticks 8Pkt 464Ml £2.49 £1.24
    1 Napolina Spaghetti 1Kg £2.95 £1.00
    1 Quorn Pieces 350G £2.80 [Strike]£2.50[/Strike] £2.50 Multibuy
    1 Snickers Mini Ice Cream Bars 10Pkt 248Ml £3.49 £1.74
    1 Quorn Best Of British Sausages 240G £1.50 [Strike]£2.20[/Strike] £2.20 Multibuy
    2 Pitch 6 Chocolate Brioche £3.70 [Strike]£3.40[/Strike] £2.00 Multibuy
    1 Quorn Pasty 173G £1.60 [Strike]£2.00[/Strike] £0.00 Multibuy
    1 Spontex Non Scratch Wash Ups X2 £0.67 £0.50
    4 Barratt Refreshers Roll Single £1.28 [Strike]£1.44[/Strike] £1.00 Multibuy
    5 Bag Re-Use 20/05/09- Upc1685350 Non-comparable Non-comparable
Your receipt total was: £20.48 N/A
Spend on comparable branded products(before deductions): £20.48 £16.02
    Deductions (from multibuys): −£0.00 −£3.84
Total spend on comparable branded goods: £20.48 £12.18
The difference was: £8.30 Coupon Issued £8.30

Switching over to the A comp.:
(I like the complete greying-out of all the items:rotfl:) :j
Yes:j - I couldn't have compared any of them Avs T and got 10% cheaper on them. Perhaps S will pick up my message from my shop on their system - that I'd buy a lot more items from Sains. (that compared vs T) if Sains. offered 10% off rather than a price match and wouldn't be getting the other T cheaper items at A instead of S!:rotfl:

When compared with Asda, 0 items in your shop were eligible for Brand Match.
Total spend on comparable branded goods £0.00 £0.00
    The difference was Same Price

I know you can argue the 10% is often outweighed by MOCs elsewhere even if you then get a price match (MOCs may be more than the 10% on the item). In my case however this makes perfect sense - I shopped in my S which is almost across the road from me, whereas my nearest T is somewhat a lot farther away.

what is driving me mad though is the answer to this question.

Which Vimto do I get that gives a TPP please?

I bought 4 of the little bottles my store stocks on the 2 for £2 offer, happy enough with that as I used my freshly cut out MOCs :T But as I suspected these are not the ones stocked by Sada so which ones are, pretty please?

My secondary card tonight gave me a £2 wys £20 - second one :T so I have great plans for it!

    It seems so.

I saw another great deal where you can pre-order CoD online for £35 and get 1000 bonus points with it

Why hasn't that been posted on here?

    :rotfl:

I posted it early this morning
