I was trying to wait until after the summer holidays to weigh myself, but weighed myself today and I have lost another 3lbs, so that is about 17lbs lost since end of June, with two weeks of not doing it, as 1 bad week and was away at relatives. Don't worry I wasn't looking for any praise, it has actually seemed too easy, apart from a bit of constipation at the start..sorry tmi..I still don't drink enough water on a fast day. But I do drink water whenever I feel a pang of hunger. Which is never strong enough to make me eat..so I will carry on, as still quite a way to go.

At least we can just pick another day and I now tell myself it's not the end of the world, I will either do another day or stick to it next week.

Last time I lost weight I fell preggers, I do not want that to happen again..:rotfl:

thanks, I just hope I can keep going, but as I said this has been easier then any time I have tried to lose weight in the past, but I have always lost about this much then given up and put it all back on again. I feel like I have more willpower at the moment and not even bothered that my fast days always end up being on a day when I have a driving lesson and work for the evening. I know some people prefer to do a fast day when they are not too busy.
