We were in morries the other day and their offer on tuna is £3.49 for 4 tins

    That's allegedly half price :eek::eek:

I wish I had bought loads more when it glitched for one day at T's, think the BOGOF started a day early when they were still half price at £3.49. Approx £1.75 for 4 tins was such a bargain, but I did not stock pile so much in those days. :rotfl:

We don't have a Morries close by. I hardly ever do "normal" targeted shops I find them too hard if things are OOS because I can't check alternatives not having a smart phone.

You just jogged my memory, I was asked if I would wear a cream top I think that had black edging but I did not get shortlisted that was quite nice. :(

I trialled the cream raincoat with black piping, I thought it was old fashioned but every time I wore it someone complimented me.
The price tag was about 60euros

    Hi all,
Rare 5 minutes peace for me. OH has gone back to work and is on the verge of quitting. I don't blame him as they take the pee out of him, but hope he doesn't.
I am in my usual state of trying to catch up with everything on here and as daft as it may seem, I would also like to say that I don't know where I would be without this thread and all who contribute and not just for the bargains.

I am usually lurking and would love to post more, but everything is so busy for me at the moment, I am lucky just to catch up.
I feel sad when I read the terrible way you are treated by your family rose and selfishly sad for myself too, sorry. I wish I had a mum that cared, or sisters that knew how to pick up the phone and not just at xmas or birthdays, and it's not just that everyone is busy..because I am busy yet I am always the one that makes that phone call.
I also used to be able to rely on my brother to help me out.
Sorry guys this is turning into a moaning post about families.
Lets just say that I have no one to ask for help and despite that, I am stocking up on baby food for my brothers kids, I am trying to organize a day out with my sisters and their kids, so we can all see each other. I am working 6 nights a week, with my OH working 2 jobs. I am learning to drive with test in Sept and the only people I feel that would really care are virtual. I am so glad you are all here and grateful that I do have my lovely OH and 2 beautiful girls.
I just need some caring surrogate grandparents for them.

Ah nictriwyn. It's tough being on your own but you are right in that we care for you :A focus on your own family, sometimes brothers and sisters are not as thoughtful as we would like them to be :(
I just had a piece of the £1 haddock. Very nice it is too :)

Quick question though, if you just have the fish and don't pour the butter sauce over your food, do you still count it as 200 cals?
Haddock fillets per 100g are 74 cals.. Obviously that's without the butter sauce
    Tiger
I'm a body double for Claudia Schiffer and i wont get out of bed for less than [STRIKE]£10k per day[/STRIKE] a 1p find

It only gives cals for the fish and sauce. I'll find it though :)

I hate morries with a passion. I like the odd bargain that they have in there from time to time, but their offers are generally quite crap

I had 3 till spits from them this weekend, one for pence off a £75 shop, one for morries wine something or other and £1.25 off a £25 shop. The first two went in the bin and I gave the last one to some random woman at another checkout on the way out as I was never going to spend £25 in there
