Should have added that it wasn't my actual phone I was using, it was a phone without a working sim card purely had it for the camera. In my mind it was only a camera.0

Why did you have the camera/phone with you?
Do you have a mobile phone?
If the "camera" equipment didn't have a SIM card in it, what would a bill show?0
