court fees annulment /divorce

Hi due to non consummation of marriage as my husband has revealed he is gay an has left me ,does anyone know if the court costs could be paid by a cheque from a third party like my father in law or my mum if they each wrote a cheque to the court can I just pass them over please ?

  • Almost sure you can get an annulment for the reasons you've cited. Don't think the courts care who pays the cheque, as long as it's paid, but it's not simply a case of a cheque, there would be some paperwork involved, but probably very straight forward.

    Thanks the solicitor has done all the papers just got to take to court and pay them
