Hi due to non consummation of marriage as my husband has revealed he is gay an has left me ,does anyone know if the court costs could be paid by a cheque from a third party like my father in law or my mum if they each wrote a cheque to the court can I just pass them over please ?

Almost sure you can get an annulment for the reasons you've cited. Don't think the courts care who pays the cheque, as long as it's paid, but it's not simply a case of a cheque, there would be some paperwork involved, but probably very straight forward.0
