    You can try altering the smiley pic to its text equivalent (don't you just love retro ;) ) if you want a workaround for now :)

    I keep getting the message even when trying to use the smilies on the right,
    it won't let me post with any on,
    & if i quote someone else's post who has a smily on i get the message again,
    then have to delete the other persons smiley from thier post,
    now i'm getting the message every other time even without any smilies on
    *unhappy*
