OP, congratulations on your success, but why not twist the knife and complain to your Local Trading Standards Officer. Do not bother with CAB or Consumer Direct, both are useless.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Thank you, but I was aware of the date. My advice still stands, always involve TS where consumer rights have been compromised.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
