Am i worrying too soon??

Hi, i received an email on 25th July to say i was the winner with Stylist & had won £500 () to spend on BoBelle London. I emailed them back the same day to say thank you etc & they told me to have a look on the website to see what i wanted to order.
I emailed them back a few days later (29th) after deciding what i wanted and they told me they would send my chosen prizes that same day. I haven't received a thing. I emailed them on Tuesday just gone and have had no reply.
What do i do? I'm slightly concerned that maybe the postman has left them in the bin (the bins went out on the thursday, i was out all day and when i got home they had been emptied) as he does sometimes leave parcels in one of the bins but surely he knows if they are outside the gate they are gonna be emptied! Argh! Where do i stand? Do i just wait longer?

Thanks guys!

I'd drop them a friendly email on Monday just asking if they've got a reference number for the delivery, and details of the courier they used.
If they sent £500 through Royal Mail they should have taken the higher value cover for replacement and would have needed a signature on delivery :)

Did they acknowledge the order by saying they would post it same day or was that what it said in the wem?
  • They acknowledged the order because i had chosen a few items from the sale to try and get more for the money but they emailed me back and said that they had to charge full price for everything because the comp ended before the sale started so i had to change a few items, i then emailed them with my final order and they said they'd get it sent over that day.

Your postman leaves parcels in the bins? What a flipping stupid idea!

Sometimes orders take a while to come through. Wait until Monday and maybe enquire again, as long as they were sent out on the 29th.

Yep it's bloody ridiculous, they all seem to do it near us! We seem to have a different postman everyday too!

I was lying flat out on the living Room floor this afternoon when the postie decided to open the door and drop my parcel in. Think I gave her a fright haha

Mine used to do that too, so I've put a note on the door telling them not to. We used to have a regular postie, but these days any Tom, !!!!!! or scruffy Harry seem to deliver. Not even in uniform sometimes.

    *edit*
the name '!!!!!!' went through! sure it didn't used to :D
