the 60 minute rule for 'free' UK calls

I thought I was getting unlimited free evening and weekend calls with plusnet but they've charged me for the minutes in excess of 60. In the call plan details http://www.plus.net/home-broadband/tariffs#inclusive-call-length (which I couldn't find navigating from their home page, I got the link through complaining to them) at the top it simply states 'inclusive' for uk landlines at evenings and weekends. This is absolute, there is no asterisk or number referring to a footnote which mentions any exception, you have to scroll down quite a way to find a heading 'inclusive call length'which refers to 60 mins and so contradicts the earlier statement. I feel conned, has anyone else challenged this restriction?

All the terms need to be read in order to appreciate what the offer is. The fact the 60 minutes is mentioned elsewhere is sloppy, but understandable as there may not have been any restriction at the start, and it was added as a limit subsequently.
I do recall on BT, customers were using the service as a baby monitor as they went o neighbours. So it would be difficult to argue it was unfair as these limits are standard. If I had an issue, it would be that a 65 minute call would be billed as 65 minutes and not 5 - but the small print does explain this.0 -
From their Home Page its covered in Plusnet Faq Phone Question Section.
FAQ(8) Do I get any included/free calls?
Inclusive calls are for numbers starting 01, 02 and 03, 0845 and 0870 (some exceptions apply).
These calls are inclusive:
24/7 with Plusnet Anytime
Between 7pm and 7am weekdays and all weekend with Plusnet Evening & Weekends
All weekend on Plusnet Weekends
Note: Calls become chargeable after 60 minutes, redial to avoid call charges.

"Unfortunately, almost all "unlimited" call packages are, in fact, limited. While they may say free calls in the evenings, actually that's usually only up to the first hour or so. After that, they're billed. The easy way round this is to put the phone down before the deadline's up, then redial."
