Before making an appeal to parking companies

Whilst making appeals to the parking company. Spend some of your energies on making complaints to the retailers or service providers. Some pointers on making complaints
1) If on a retail park, research the owners, management company or letting agents, focus on them first. Google the retail park, you normally will find something.
2) If in a shop like Aldi, Tesco, Asda and so on, complain to the store manager, not the assistant or customer services as they can do little. Don't listen to fabrications like the council own it, most of the time it's not true!
3) Most major retailers, hotels, and service providers have Facebook and twitter presences, complain there.
4) Search local council websites for planning breaches, most of these car parks breach the time limit stipulated, or have other issues which effect the way in this land is supposed be used, for example they are not allowed to make an income out of it.
5) If you are disabled under the Equality Act 2010 even if you don't have a blue badge, ensure in your complaint that you add this. Always remember the blue badge scheme does not apply on private land.
6) Finally get the local and national press involved, email your story to them, and go for stuff like Watchdog, The Ferret & Rogue Traders and any other media company that could run your story.
If you haven't got anywhere with those then consider a challenge to the parking companies, just ask on the forum on how to do appeals to them. But create your own thread to do this. Link below

When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
