Zynga customer "service"

Anyone had any dealings with Zynga?
I redeemed a FB gamecard to buy virtual goods in a game
(yes I know... I'm sad)
I didn't get what I paid for.
i am going round in circles with their infamous customer service (anyone who's ever dealt with them will know exactly what I mean). The main problem is that they don't seem to understand exactly what the problem is. Most of them speak English as a second language, and I don't speak Spanish.
What can I do to get my problem dealt with properly & sorted out?
Is there any point trying to threaten them with legal action? Apparently the holding company overseeing the UK operations is in Luxemberg.
