Amazon Returns on faulty item

I purchased a spade in February and after a month or so of use has broken.

Go to your order history, find said order with spade on, click return or replace item.
Follow on screen instructions.0 -

EDIT: OK, I see the issue. When you've clicked on the Return or replace link, click on the Returns policy link on the right hand side and on that page click on the Contact Us link and follow the instructions.0 -
I dont use amazon like I used to. I find I pay for next day delivery and it never turns up. They would definitely have seen a drop in my business. I actually find ebay more reliable. I used to love the days when the amazon would actually turn up.0

Eventually got their and then used their online chat.
They are sorting it.
Not really setup for warranty returns v0
