All Searcehes Have Been Done All Moragae Offers Etc Etc We Were Supposed To Exchange Today As Im Buying A New House And Getting Major Stress Of Builders To Complete Asap They Have Now Said If We Dont Complete By The 22nd We Will Lose House We Diddnt Exchange Today As Some Quires Havent Been Answerd That Were Raised By 1st Time Buyer Do Uthink The Builders (barrett) Would Really Take The House Of Us ?

Yup, this is what you pay your solicitor for, so I suggest you phone them and get them on the case.
(Capital letters only go at the start of a sentence, or for a name, and you generally put commas to break up a sentence so the reader can breath!)Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
