parking eye fine
just received a parking fine notice for overstaying in our local farmfoods car park by 17 minutes,they want £75 reduced to £45 if paid within 14 days,im not disputing the fact i overstayed but i read that these fines are not enforcable,if i dont pay it what is likely to happen?any advice is welcomed

Well the first thing to do is not spend any more money with farm foods.
Until people start boycotting stores who use Parking Eye then this will continue.
Do not listen to the line, the car park is nothing to do with us.

Ignore it.
Only Police and councils can "fine" people for parking "offences".
All other organisations can only recover genuine parking charges (plus reasonable admin fees).We need the earth for food, water, and shelter.

Thanks for advice i been reading other forums similar to mine about ignoring and then pe pursues through the courts,my wife isnt in best of health and do not want any stress from this,but want to know whether to hold my hands up and pay the reduced £45 or risk civil court action?thenudeone wrote: »Ignore it.

Best place for current advice for dealing with this is in the Parking Forum.
Ignoring is no longer as good an option as it used to be because PE are issuing court claims a lot more often than before POFA.0 -
