I've not had my JSA payment today

At the advice of my Jobseekers Advisor, I am going to claim ESA for a little while.
My advisor told me to get in the doctors on Monday or Tuesday for a sick note (I signed on Wednesday) and she would sign me as normal and then afterwards she would sign me off and then I was to claim ESA.
So at my appointment on Wednesday, she had a look at my sick note and then signed me off, I signed the back of the book to say I was signing off etc. She then told me to go and phone from their phones to claim ESA. Well I tried to do that but turns out you can't do it from their phones any more due to data protection. I was just about to leave the centre when my advisor came running up to me to get me to sign my paper for this weeks money as she'd forgot to get me to do it.
My money always goes in on a Saturday. Always. So I check this morning and there is no money there.
It's suddenly dawned on me - due to the order of events on Wednesday, she has signed me off JSA before putting through this weeks money which means according to the JSA people I'm not entitled to anything.
So, despite signing I've got no money. I have £17 to last me until the ESA kicks in [I rang them on Thursday morning] despite actually being entitled to £142 this week.
I can't ring them now until Monday as they are closed for the weekend.
What I'm asking is, does this seem to be the reason I haven't had my money - that she signed me off before putting through this weeks money?

Saturday isn't a payday. The final payment sometimes takes longer than usual.0

Your payment is not due today - its due on Monday. Your bank may allow you to draw it early by showing it as available but that is down to your bank and not DWP. It may still appear on
Monday.
If your advisor took claim closure action that would automatically generate a payment of any JSA due. Only if she updated the system though - just signing the piece of paper isn't enough. The order in which you signed on to JSA and to close your claim. Payment could be slightly delayed by claim closure but you will still get the money.
If they money isn't there on Monday call DWP and ask what's happened - they should be able to sort it and pay you the same day.0
