Getting Experian to actually respond

It appears to be nigh on impossible to get Experian to respond to a simple request.
I have logged a Notice of Disassociation with all three credit reference agencies, Experian, Equifax and Call Credit (Noddle). This involved paying for a statutory credit report from Experian and Equifax. Both Equifax and Noddle have been brilliant. Both have promptly removed the association & contacted me to let me know.
I have now completed two forms for Experian, e-mailed them twice and all I have received from them is an e-mail offering me my credit score.
Does anyone have any idea how I can make these clowns respond to my very simple request?

Sorry for the delay. Very happy to chase this up for you if you email the details (experiantwitter@experian.com). We do respond to all the requests we receive as quickly as we can.
James“Official Company Representative
I am an official company representative of Experian. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"

Hi James
I too am getting standard replies to my request for a NOC form Experian after being told by a telephone rep at Experian the steps to follow including title of my email and address to send it to. I have to say Equifax have been superb in putting the NOC on almost immediately, but Experian are not so quick. I don't want to pay any more £14.99's per month than I have to...redundancy is looming for me and every penny is being accounted for to give me the best buffer I can build up.

Hmmm, not so sure about your last comment. However, I will e-mail for the third time and would hope to get a response.0 -

I have just done exactly the same...first email to the new address James gave, third to Experian.

You don't have to pay £14.99 a month at all.I don't want to pay any more £14.99's per month than I have to...
You can obtain a copy of your statutory credit report for £2. This contains all the official data and you do not pay every month. You just pay £2 when you want an up to date copy.
Anything that is not on the statutory report but appears on the £14.99 a month offering is just 'sizzle' not 'sausage'.
Save yourself a fortune and switch to the £2 report.0 -

Credit where it is due - my request has now been carried out and I've received an e-mail confirming this.
Thank you.0 -

Thank you.
Snap...have to give the chap due credit...received an email back from customer services today. Thanks.
Re the £14.99...appreciate the comment, but in a tizzy the other night, I reapplied and once the application was processed, as I'd previously been a member, they immediately debited my card. Never mind, have cancelled now and yet another lesson learned.

Glad we could help. While we have more than 400 people in our Nottingham contact centre we have been very busy recently, maybe because there's been a surge in first-time-buyer mortgage applications (reported in the media today). As I said earlier, we try to reply to all queries as fast as possibly but these are generally queued and sometimes, if a lot of queries come in, it can take a little while to get back to people. Legally we have 28 days to reply to credit report queries but we always try to reply much quicker than that of course.

28 days?
Wow - my query took 1 month and a half!
Do you mean 28 WORKING DAYS? Or simply calendar days?0 -

That's as maybe, but a standard e-mail to confirm receipt of a request would be helpful for the customer. Perhaps this is something Experian could consider implementing?0
