Hen do help!

I have been given the responsibility of planning a hen do abroad for 20 girls! I'm looking for any ideas/ advice...
Brief background - the bride is one of my BF's but we live a fair distance apart and don't really have any other mutual friends - so I don't really know any of the other 20 'hens'
I'm going to meet up with bride and a few other hens tomorrow... I so far have a folder of ideas, but am second guessing myself. Don't think I realised what a big responsibility this was! I'd really like to find the 'perfect' do to present them with...
Requirements:
Going slightly crazy now looking at all the sites offering this that and the other....
Any help will be gratefully received!!!

Requirements:
- Must be abroad - bride wants sun!
- Close to a beach
- Nightlife - a bit tricky - bride is 23 - many other hens this age... but mother and aunt also coming so if we're clubbing into early hours - need seating!

Los Cristianos or Playa de las Americas in Tenerife would fit the bill. Try https://www.holidayhypermarket.co.uk for some holiday prices.0

Just did a search through there - selecting 'cheapest resort' and the cheapest option that came up was £395!
And that's not including any food or entertainment. May have to rethink the budget....0 -
Magaluf .....Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0

when u wanting to go?
I've just come back from Albuferia, and there were plenty of hen and stag parties, all having a good time, with different ages in the parties.
Only a 2.5 hour flight, lovely beaches, and not badly priced for beer.
look at flight only with easyjet - Ryanair, alpharooms for accommodation, then search yellowfish transfers for a transfer.0 -
When are you planning to go as that will tell us where you'll find sun.0

Thank you for all replies.
Firstly - sorry forgot to mention - going at the end of May next year (I know it's not for ages but bride is super organised so wants it all sorted asap!)
Saint Chris... I was actually looking at albufiera - really liked 2.5 hour flight time and seemed fairly cheap. Nice to hear some reassurance of my ideas! I'm going to have a look at your suggestions. The only thing I was worried about... Do you think it is lively enough for a hen party?
Shagaluf is really last resort (!) I know it has all the typical hen do requirements but really don't want to have to go through that if there's a nicer alternative!!!0 -
Hi
It was our 1st time and we loved it, we stayed at the forte do vale hotel, (see reviews on tripadvisor) it's in the middle of the old and new town, which are both lively.
The new town has the strip, the bottom half if made up of clubs and bars, we are 47 and 50 and we enjoyed some of the bars here, some that were boom boom we didn't venture in, the 1st bar on the strip is wild.co, which has a artist on each night and the bar men get up on stage and do tom crusie cocktail dances.
then there are clubs/bars, which are open till the early hours of the morning, they were chocker when we was there. we had a few drinks sitting outside these bars, watching all the hens and stags inside dancing.
the middle bit of the strip is a bit more quite still bars, shot bars and karaoke ones, plus a few eating places, the top end is quitter, which has bars but that just have a bit of background music.
The old town is lovely plenty of lively bars, around the centre.
You can get 3 course meals for 8euros including wine, breakfast for 3 euros, drinks I was paying 3 euros for a wine, 5 euros for a cocktail, and beer was about 1.5 euros for a large one, not sure on the price of spirits, I heard that bottles like wkd and stuff are not cheap.
the weather was lovely and warm when we went, it was a 10 min walk to the beach, downhill, because most of the beaches are at the bottom of cliffs, except fishermans at old town.
Can't comment on other lively resorts, because as you can see from my age, i'm too old for that.
but we do go to Tenerife 3 times a year, staying in las Americas, but if I was organising it, I would look at albuferia.
go on the tripadvisor albuferia forum and ask, there a friendly bunch, and they helped me with my hotel, which was massive and had a washing machine........yikes.0 -
you could also consider flying to Malaga and catching a train to Torremolinos or Benalmadena (20 minutes and costs about £1.50 with train station actually in airport). you will be able to stay quite cheaply in either of these towns. Torremolinos is more of a Spanish holiday resort with good bars and Spanish restaurants and Benalmadena is good for night-life - especially around the Marina area. weather will be glorious at end of May. If you have any flexibility be careful with your dates as the school half-term holiday is around that time and that will make a big difference to flight prices wherever you go.0

Really, you're probably booking at the wrong time, to late for the early deals, and too early for the late deals.0
