Top cashback - Santander

Is there still a requirement to switch into one of the Santander current accounts available through Top Cashback as the cashback no longer mentions new switchers only?

Yes it does, where it says "There are important additional terms related to this merchant. See full details", click that link:You must have applied and been accepted for the relevant Santander account for your Cashback to be issued. For current account applications, Cashback will only be issued once your account is successfully opened and you have switched from your existing bank.0
