    Abuse in two ways. It is a well known fact that some loans have been used for dubious purchases. Do you have to produce the evidence that the money was spent on the item/reason claimed for?

    Thought not!

    Secondly, it has been abused by some in the past simply because they don't pay any interest on the debt. Any qualifying reasons are kept specifically for these free loans, whilst using their own money for the non qualifying ones.

    I actually know someone that bought a car (of sorts!) with the help of one of these loans. Strictly not allowed but hey who bothers to check.
