Passport sized photographs

I found out this week, accidentally, that if you need photographs for I.D or bus passes etc, you can save the grand total of £4.61 if you go to Boots.
Take a picture of yourself against a plain background then got to the instant print booths in large Boots stores, and bluetooth the pictures to the machine, and you can get 9 of the pictures on the sheet for 39p

Or, upload a photo here http://www.epassportphoto.com/ and print out one photo at Asda, Tesco etc

The link I gave shows you all you need to know about taking a proper passport photo. I have used it for all of ours and not had any declined. Tesco give free prints for a new photo customer

Also, no info on how to take a proper passport photo. Is it worth saving the few quid for your PP application to be delayed and possibly miss your holiday ?
I didn't mention passports on the op as I'm not sure they'd be valid, but they're good for bus passes, railcards, works I.d etcjust passing through.... Nothing to see....0 -
