Warning - printer ink

Friend of mine bought a black and colour ink combo pack of cartridges for her printer recently. I opened it up to put them in the printer and thought this is odd as they were not in sealed bags. The black one was empty and the colour was about halfway. On looking further it appears someone had gained access through the side of the box , changed the cartridges and taped it up. They hadn't interfered with the seal on the top so we didn't suspect anything. Just a warning to watch out for boxes that don't look 100%.

Hi, just go back to Wilkinsons and explain, it's not the first time this has happened, nor will it be the last. They have a reputation for not checking goods that are returned, with the excuse that they bought the wrong item or some such, when in reality the item has been swapped for a used one.0

I agree. Our Wilkinsons has a baskets at the back of their CS desk that when someone returns an item then just place it in this basket without checking the item and then someone will take the basket and just place the items back on the shop floor again without checking the goods. I have seen this happen.0
