Defrosting Breast Milk Question?

I have expressed some breast milk this week as we are going to a wedding tomorrow. DD is coming with us to the day but Nana and Grandad are having her for the 1st time over night. So she will need a feed at bedtime and another feed in the morning. When do I need to defrost the milk? Shall I get it out now and leave it thaw over night then put it in the fridge.
