Well I think one easy way is to avoid wasting time watching this tripe - that's 2 minutes of my life I could have spent more productively!

Just a more general point though - 'free' means someone is paying the costs and wants a return. Likely that will be in the form of trying to sell consultancy or services, hopefully it's not in the form of an MLM scheme.

People are conditioned naturally to reciprocity - I give you a freebie, you feel obliged to give me something/buy a product/whatever. If you can shake that urge (it is well documented in sales manuals, so know it WILL be used against you in some form at some time), then maybe what you'll learn in a day is worth a day of your time. But also be prepared to get up and walk away if it's just one long sales pitch.
