Hi all,
Wondered how I stand on this issue. Hired a holiday home direct with owner on a holiday lettings site. Advertised with a hot tub, when we arrived told the hot tub not working as broken by previous occupants and waiting for part to arrive. In short it wasn't fixed so not available for our use for duration of holiday. Is it reasonable to expect some sort of a refund on amount paid for holiday?
