Current Undergrad Uni fees are quoted as £9000 - which other Universities else apart from Birmingham University charge extra (1.1/2%)for paying tuition fees on an instalment plan?

Sorry not very good at this. Can I also ask if you think this is a fair practice to be imposed by a University and also how many people actually are aware of this when they make their University choices and would it affect their decision? Thanks.0
