Clarification needed on energy offers

I've joined the cheap energy club so that I can switch my gas and electric to a cheaper fixed option.
I just want confirmation that when it says on the right hand side of the quote for example "plus £30 cash back after 3 months" if this is included in the calculated saving on the left hand side.
Checking out the additional information doesn't make this clear. Hope someone can clarify for me.

No, possible cashback from third parties (in this case the comparison site, MoneySuperMarket.com) is not included in any quotation as it is not guaranteed until it's in your bank account
