Egg Card CRP claim

Hi there. Have just come across a letter from Egg confirming that I cancelled CRP on my credit card in 2007, so I am going to try to reclaim due to misselling (personal circumstances). Don't know that its much but worth a go, I think.

I have one question:

Should I request a SAR before sending in my complaint? I have already filled out the Questionnaire and its ready to go - should I just go for it?
Taking control, slowly.:rotfl: :rotfl:

If you know the account number - i.e. the CC number, you don't need a SAR.

If you want to see how much PPI you paid, you need a SAR.

If you think you have a good complaint and will more than likely succeed, and you want to check any possible future redress, send a SAR.
