Hi my bank cancelled my PPI in error which I only found out when i was made redundant and tried to claim, they have said it was their error but are dragging their heels and my credit rating is now rubbish and dont know what to do to hurry them and get compensation for all delays and other creditors, so far this has taken nearly 8 months and no nearer a resolution. Any ideas or advice would be welcome

You can either e-mail the ceo [google for the e-mail address] or send your complaint to the FOS. The FOS may take up to 18 months.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0

Have you made an official complaint? If not, do so now. You cannot access the FOS until you do.
Whilst FOS are slow on PPI complaints, the queues for other things is not as bad.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
