Please can you give me an idea on how to word a complaint about the fact if I had repaid the loan early I would have still paid the majority of the PPI insurance fees upfront! help struggling here never been great with this kind of thing. thanks in advance
I have recently found out that this was Single Premium PPI and as such was another loan on the loan to term end with interest,I was also not made aware that had I settled the loan early, after the rebate amount of the PPI, that the remaining PPI would have been repaid by me in the loan and PPI settlement figure.0 -
