Aqua Card

I applied Aqua card on 23th July. Didn't get result and they said will contact me by post. waiting for 2 weeks and received an email state that "Thank you for choosing aqua. Now that you have your new aqua card, we’re delighted to invite you to sign up for aqua Credit Checker, powered by Noddle." But I didn't received any letter. Is that mean my application have been approved?


Want to call aqua, but forget my ref No.:( .

Just call them and give them your name and address and date of birth, they should be able to find you.

They are REALLY slow at sending out letters, pins and cards from my experience.

No idea, as I've had my Aqua card for over a month and I'm still getting e-mails saying maybe now is the time to reapply!

Just adding more to this terrible credit card company. I applied for a card at the beginning of march. This is still ongoing and like other people have had the same emails saying now you have your card.
I have spent over 50 pounds in phone calls and for what i was kept on hold for 35 mins once.
All i am waiting for now is my card to be sent out so i can send it back and tell them to stick it where the sun don't shine.
For anyone thinking of getting there card STAY WELL CLEAR All they do is keep you hanging on so you have to call them and pay over the top phone rates.
