How odd....

A few weeks ago we purchased a bathroom suite from Homebase. We got a toilet, wash basin & pedestal & a bath. Was delivered within the promised delivery slot.
However for some reason when we bought it we didnt think to check our taps would fit so we ended up with 2 taps for our sink & a sink with room for a mixer.
I phoned homebase to buy a new one & return the original. Got a new one sorted & they said there was only £5 difference so they wouldnt charge me- which was nice. They said they would collect the original sink when they delivered the new one.
Our new one was delivered a couple of days later but the driver said he didnt have any paperwork for a collection so he couldnt take it & that he would proabably be back in a couple of days when he had the documents.
Called up this morning as its been a couple of weeks now & they have said they arent coming to collect it & we can have it free of charge!!
